OSTools Terms of Use

Effective date: August 23, 2026

OSTools provides tabletop role-playing character, campaign, and referee utilities. By using the apps or optional connected campaign service, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

User Content And Campaign Control

You remain responsible for names, notes, images, campaign material, and other content you create or share. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content. Connected campaign owners control campaign membership, rules, and shared campaign records.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Purchases are billed and managed by Apple. Permanent local Premium and the monthly OSTools Pro subscription are separate entitlements. OSTools Pro renews automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Available features depend on the entitlement verified by the app.

Connected Service

The connected campaign service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable during maintenance or events outside our control. Referee actions affect shared campaign state for authorized members. Keep local exports or backups of information you cannot afford to lose.

Account Deletion

Deleting a connected account is permanent. It deletes connected memberships and characters associated with the account and deletes connected campaigns owned by that account. It does not delete separate local characters, local regions, exported backups, or private iCloud data.

Disclaimer And Standard EULA

The apps and connected service are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the downloaded apps.
