OSTools for Mac Privacy Policy

Campaign Data

Your campaign library is stored locally and synchronized across your devices through your private Apple CloudKit account. Before the first migration, OSTools creates a local recovery backup. Images and exported files are included only when the related app feature stores or exports them.

Connected Campaigns

OSTools Pro can create campaign-specific Apple CloudKit shares for player invitations, submitted characters, approvals, active sessions, rewards, and campaign activity. Players receive read-only access to referee-published data and separate write access for their own submissions. The referee can revoke access.

Purchases And Apple Services

Apple processes purchases and payment information. The one-time OSReferee Premium purchase is shared with OSTools for Mac through Universal Purchase. OSTools Pro is a separate monthly subscription for connected tools. Apple may process CloudKit, iCloud, App Store, TestFlight, and crash-reporting data according to Apple's policies and your settings.

Your Choices

• Delete local regions in the app.
• Revoke player access or remove connected data from the Connected screen.
• Manage app data through Apple iCloud settings.
• Delete exported files from the destination where you saved them.
